2. Our Products

We sell personalised gifts including mugs, slates, coasters, teddies and other custom-made items.

Many of our products are made to order. Minor variations in colour, positioning or finish may occur due to the production process, nat and display settings. These do not constitute faults.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or personalisation request that we consider offensive, inappropriate or in breach of intellectual property rights.

3. Personalisation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details (including spelling, dates and wording) are correct at the time of ordering.

We reproduce personalisation exactly as submitted. We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer.

If you realise you have made an error, please contact us immediately. Amendments cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch times are stated on individual product listings.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service. Hells Bells Made is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the item has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will offer a replacement where appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to production. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, branding, product images and content on this website are the intellectual property of Hells Bells Made and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hells Bells Made shall not be liable for:

Customer errors in personalisation
Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers
Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item purchased.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Payment Policy

All prices on this website are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the payment details provided are correct.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. If your payment is declined or fails, the order will not be created. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if we suspect unauthorised or fraudulent use of a payment method.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order, subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
