Our filled balloons are available for local collection only due to their size and fragility.
Each balloon is carefully prepared to order and designed to make an impact — whether it’s for a birthday, proposal, baby shower or just because.

Place your order online, or contact us for bespoke or "bring your fill" balloons.

Select your preferred collection date at checkout (or contact us to arrange).

Collection is from the Staffordshire Moorlands. Full address details will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Collection Information
• Bring your fill, allows you to provide a teddy or something that we don't stock, we will discuss size requirements with you at the time.
• Balloons are collection only – we do not post filled balloons.
• Please collect at your arranged time slot.
• Balloons are large and may require suitable vehicle space.
Important Notes
Balloons are delicate items. Once collected, they are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend keeping balloons away from:
• Sharp objects
• Extreme temperatures
• Direct sunlight
• Overheated cars
While we use high-quality materials, balloons are not guaranteed against accidental damage after collection.
