Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Personalised Items

As most of our products are made to order and personalised, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This means personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect due to our error.

If your personalised item arrives damaged, faulty or contains a printing error, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the issue. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have up to 30 days from receipt to report a fault and request a refund.

Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised items, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to return the product.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected.
