If you are ordering for a specific occasion such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Birthdays, or Christmas, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

While we aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, delivery times are dependent on the postal service and are outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

During busy seasonal periods, production times may be slightly longer. Any changes to production times will always be communicated.

If you require your order for a specific date, please feel free to contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Returns postage is the customers responsibility.

All items are made to order. We aim to produce and dispatch your order within 1–3 working days. Any production delays will be communicated to you.

We regularly use product mock-ups to display our designs. Each item is printed and prepared to order in our small studio. Because of this, very slight variations in colour or placement may occur, making every piece a little bit unique.

Dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to prolong the vibrancy of the print.
