Personalised Photo Glass Coaster

If you are ordering for a specific occasion such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Birthdays, or Christmas, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

While we aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, delivery times are dependent on the postal service and are outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

During busy seasonal periods, production times may be slightly longer. Any changes to production times will always be communicated.

If you require your order for a specific date, please feel free to contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Due to the custom nature of personalised items, returns cannot be accepted unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All items are made to order. We aim to produce and dispatch your order within 1–3 working days. Any production delays will be communicated to you.

We regularly use product mock-ups to display our designs. Each item is printed and prepared to order in our small studio. Because of this, very slight variations in colour or placement may occur, making every piece a little bit unique.

Please double-check images, spelling, dates, and any custom wording before placing your order, as items are printed exactly as submitted.

Text

The text colour of the design will remain the same as pictured. This is also applicable to products that allow you to select your own text, please message us first if you'd like to place an order with a different text colour. If the text option isn't available, the text will remain the same as pictured.

Photo Quality

Rest assured, every photo is checked by a real human in our print shop and if there are any issues with your photo, we will call you to let you know before we print.

Here's some of our top tips on choosing the best photo:

• Prints love colour! Bright, colourful photos look amazing when printed.

• Please avoid using screenshots as this affects the quality of the print. We always recommend using the original file where possible.

• Avoid adding 'over the top' filters to your photos. Instagram and Snapchat filters are not an issue and can enhance the photo.

• Photos taken from your Facebook newsfeed *can* have a low file size and may print poorly, but if this does happen we will call you to let you know.

Clean gently using a soft cloth or microfibre cloth to remove fingerprints or dust. A slightly damp cloth can be used if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough cloths, or soaking the block in water.

Handle glass with care, these items are naturally weighty.
